Cable Monument photo taken July 2004 The Cable Family were moved from Cables Landing, [some say it was called Cables Bend] to Union Cemetery, Steubenville, Jeff. Co. Oh. by Albert Pavlik family who bought the land. It was done at much expense. A fine monument now marks the graves. REMOVALS: (29 Oct. 1965) Ephraim Cable, Sr. died 12-41875, age 88 yrs. 8 mo. 19 days. Sally Cable his wife died 4-16-1861, age 60 yrs. 11 mos 27 days. Adult Cable, no grave marker Samuel Cable, son of Philip & Dorothy, d. 4-20-1819, ae 25y 4m 8ds Benjamin Cable, son of Philip & Dorothy, d. 1-16-1813, ae 27 yrs. Dorothy Cable, wife of Philip, d. 1-201830, ae 60 yrs 9 mos. Philip Cable, d. 12-26-1812. ae 50 yrs 5 mo. Melissa Walker, wife of John Collins, d. 9-14-1865, ae 22yrs 5mos 13 ds. William Walker Cable, d. 5-1-1825, ae 37 yrs 8 mos Adult Walker, no gravemarker Isa_____? Cable childs's grave. Benja_____? child's grave.
