Martha Smith as Miss Steubenville

Martha Smith, center, as Miss Steubenville, sometime around 1930 (?). 
Martha was born in Washington Co, Pennsylvania, in 1913, and married 
R. Dudley Pitner. She was the daughter of Edward Smith and Rebecca 
O'Grady, and grew up in Steubenville. R. Dudley Pitner was the son of 
Marcus Pitner and Anna Good, associated surnames include: PITNER, 
FORNI /FORNEY, GOOD, MAYBERRY, AMICK.

Can anyone identify the other two women in the photograph?
